FAQ 1: Full, Shared, or Partial Buyout— What's the Difference?
When considering The Hideaway for your wedding, you'll have the option of a full, partial, or shared buyout. A buyout means that you and your guests will have exclusive access to the entire private estate for the duration of your stay. This allows for complete privacy and customization, ensuring that every moment of your wedding celebration is uniquely yours.
On the other hand, we offer shared buyouts, because we understand that weddings and special events can be expensive and it is a lot to carry the cost of everyone’s accommodations. We have created a private link system where we divide the cost of a buyout amongst the number of people staying on the property. The amenities, privacy, and exclusivity of The Hideaway all remain intact when opting into a shared buyout.
Have a smaller group? No problem. Another option is our partial estate buyout. This includes the 8 Beachside Cottages (12 bedrooms total) and all of the same amenities as a full buyout but excludes the 2 Beachfront Villas.

High season (10 - 12 mo. in advance) vs. low season (at least 6 months). To ensure availability and ample time for planning, we recommend booking your wedding at The Hideaway at least 12 to 18 months in advance. This allows for flexibility in securing your preferred wedding date, accommodations, and additional services.
